Refund & Exchange Policy

Hive Enlivened Living offers a replacement or refund for any items delivered with damage.  

Please report the damage immediately to royce@hiveenlivenedliving.com  

Customers have 3 calendar days to report any damage, and after that time no replacement or exchange will be offered.

Exchanges may be made within 14 days of purchase for all non-damaged products. The customer is responsible for all costs related to shipping and insurance for the exchange. 

All non-damaged products are eligible for refund within 14 days subject to a 30% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for all costs related to shipping and insurance for the refund.
